Each individual may hold only one active account on zeus40. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, and validity periods. Full bonus terms are disclosed at the point of offer acceptance.
All transactions on zeus40 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay are supported. Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the designated arbitration body.
zeus40 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and zeus40. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the zeus40 Platform. This is an absolute requirement. zeus40 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling and will terminate any account where the holder is found to be below the minimum age, with all associated funds subject to forfeiture.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The zeus40 Platform is operated for and directed at players in Indonesia. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited and that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you personally.
2.3 Capacity to Contract. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you are not legally prohibited from entering into contracts or from participating in online gaming activities.
2.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on zeus40:
21+ Only: The zeus40 platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
3.1 Registration Process. To access the full features of the zeus40 Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
3.3 One Account Per Household. Only one Account is permitted per individual and, in zeus40's reasonable discretion, per household or IP address. zeus40 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and consolidate or forfeit associated balances where evidence of account duplication is found.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify zeus40 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. zeus40 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
3.5 Non-Transferability. Your Account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
4.1 Mandatory Verification. zeus40 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. This process — known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification — is a standard requirement across regulated gaming operators worldwide and exists to protect players, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations.
4.2 Required Documents. To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit the following:
4.3 Verification Timeline. zeus40 will review submitted documents within 24-48 hours during business days (Monday–Friday, WIB). You will be notified via email once your account is verified. Until verification is complete, withdrawal functionality will remain disabled on your Account.
4.4 Document Rejection. If submitted documents do not meet verification standards (blurry images, expired IDs, mismatched names), zeus40 will notify you and request resubmission. Multiple rejections may result in temporary account restrictions pending successful verification.
Verification Tip: Ensure all document images are high-resolution, well-lit, and show all four corners of the document. Verify that the name on your KTP matches the name you provided during registration exactly.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. zeus40 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. zeus40 reserves the right to adjust this threshold at any time with or without prior notice.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5–15 minutes of payment confirmation. If your deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact customer support immediately with your transaction reference number.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name, matching the name verified during KYC. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
5.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. zeus40 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for withdrawals below Rp 500.000, where such fee will be disclosed prior to withdrawal confirmation.
5.6 Withdrawal Processing Time. Verified withdrawals are processed within 24 hours during business days (Monday–Friday, WIB). Funds will reach your bank account or e-wallet within 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
5.7 Turnover Requirement. To prevent misuse of the Platform for money-laundering purposes, all deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before the associated funds can be withdrawn. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control measure.
5.8 Bonus Fund Restrictions. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
6.1 Promotional Eligibility. Bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional offers are available to eligible players at zeus40's sole discretion. zeus40 reserves the right to exclude certain players from promotional eligibility if evidence of abuse is detected.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are disclosed in the terms of each individual promotion.
6.3 Validity Period. Bonuses have a limited validity period, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. If wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
6.4 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates are disclosed in each bonus's specific terms. As a general rule, slots contribute 100%, table games contribute 10–20%, and live casino games may contribute 0–10%.
6.5 Maximum Bet Restriction. When wagering with bonus funds, the maximum allowable bet per spin or hand is Rp 25.000 unless otherwise specified. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
6.6 Bonus Abuse. zeus40 defines bonus abuse as any pattern of play designed to exploit promotional terms rather than to engage genuinely with the Platform. Examples include opening multiple accounts, strategic betting to minimize risk, or coordinated play with other users. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all balances forfeited.
7.1 General Rules. All bets placed on the zeus40 Platform are governed by the general terms set out in this Agreement, as well as by the specific game rules, sport-specific betting rules, and odds published on the Platform at the time the bet is placed.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not considered accepted until confirmation is displayed on your screen and the stake amount is deducted from your Account Balance. zeus40 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to suspect error, fraud, or technical malfunction.
7.3 Odds and Results. zeus40 takes all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of odds, lines, and results published on the Platform. However, in the event of obvious error (palpable error), zeus40 reserves the right to void bets affected by such error and refund stakes.
7.4 Sportsbook-Specific Rules. For sports betting (including bandar bola, football, badminton, basketball, and e-sports markets), all bets are settled based on official competition results as published by the respective governing body. In the event of a postponed or abandoned match, specific settlement rules will apply as outlined in the sport-specific terms available in the Platform's help section.
7.5 Casino & Slot Games. All slot and casino games on zeus40 are provided by certified third-party game studios whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently audited. zeus40 does not control or manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent theoretical long-term payout rates.
7.6 Live Casino Rules. Live casino games are streamed in real-time from dedicated studios. All decisions made by live dealers are final. In the event of a technical disruption during a live game, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless the hand or round was already completed prior to disconnection.
7.7 Togel Rules. For togel (lottery-style) games, results are drawn at scheduled times as published on the Platform. Winning number verification is conducted by third-party auditors. zeus40 does not influence draw outcomes. Prize payout structures and odds are displayed prior to ticket purchase.
8.1 Commitment to Responsible Play. zeus40 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We encourage all players to view gaming as entertainment, not as a way to make money.
8.2 Self-Imposed Limits. All players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session-time limits on their Accounts through the Account Settings section. Once set, limits take immediate effect and cannot be increased until a 24-hour cooling-off period has elapsed.
8.3 Self-Exclusion. If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted via live chat or email to [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account, place bets, or receive marketing communications.
8.4 Reality Checks. zeus40 provides optional reality-check reminders that notify you of the duration of your gaming session. These reminders can be enabled in your Account Settings.

9.1 Fraudulent Activity. Any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to using stolen credit cards, fabricating documents, or misrepresenting identity, will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement authorities.
9.2 Collusion and Cheating. Players may not collude with other players or engage in any form of cheating, including chip dumping, coordinated play, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities. Evidence of collusion will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
9.3 Arbitrage Betting. Arbitrage betting (betting on all possible outcomes of an event across multiple accounts or platforms to guarantee profit) is strictly prohibited. Accounts suspected of arbitrage will be closed and winnings forfeited.
9.4 Automated Betting (Bots). The use of automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial assistance to place bets is prohibited. zeus40 employs detection systems to identify and prevent bot usage.
9.5 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider after a deposit has been credited to your Account constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and legal action to recover funds.
9.6 Abuse of Platform Features. Attempting to manipulate or exploit any technical feature of the Platform, including payment processing systems, bonus mechanisms, or game software, is strictly prohibited.
10.1 Ownership. All content on the zeus40 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of zeus40 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10.2 Limited License. zeus40 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit any resale, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of the Platform or its content.
10.3 Prohibited Uses. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without zeus40's prior written consent. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software made available through the Platform.
11.1 No Warranty. The zeus40 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. zeus40 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
11.2 Limitation on Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, zeus40 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
11.3 Maximum Liability Cap. In no event shall zeus40's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Force Majeure. zeus40 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or failures of third-party service providers.
12.1 Termination by User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements or KYC verification.
12.2 Termination by zeus40. zeus40 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent or prohibited activity, or if zeus40 reasonably believes that continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the Platform or other users.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform and use your Account will cease immediately. zeus40 may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including dispute resolution and fraud prevention.
12.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that remain inactive (no login or wager activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 per month, deducted from the Account Balance until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated.
13.1 Applicable Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to international online gaming operators serving the Indonesian market. Where Indonesian law conflicts with international gaming regulations, the more protective standard for player rights shall apply.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and zeus40. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the designated international arbitration body.
13.3 Class Action Waiver. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute with zeus40 will be resolved on an individual basis and that you will not bring a claim as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.
14.1 Right to Amend. zeus40 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, business practices, or Platform features.
14.2 Notification of Changes. When material changes are made to these Terms, zeus40 will notify users via email to the address registered on their Account and by posting a notice on the Platform homepage. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will also be revised to reflect the date of the most recent changes.
14.3 Acceptance of Amendments. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.
14.4 Version History. zeus40 maintains an archive of previous versions of these Terms, which can be requested by contacting customer support.
